Thank you for your interest in this Trigger Tracker Mini-Journal from The Source for Survivors. This Mini-Journal is designed to offer a tool for reflection about possible emotional triggers that survivors of abusive relationships may experience along their healing journeys.

For more information about triggers, please visit our Pathway for Survivors Blog Post, “Taking Care of Yourself When You Are Triggered.” This Trigger Tracker Mini-Journal was inspired by that blog post’s final points about the potential value of reflecting on triggers to gain new insights for the healing journey.

This Trigger Tracker Mini-Journal has 3 sections: (1) A Coping Toolkit to identify coping resources you can use to take care of yourself when you are triggered, (2) A Calendar if recording the frequency can help you gain insights into patterns in the timing of triggers, and (3) A series of Self-Reflection Pages on which you can journal your reflections to gain insights from your experiences with triggers.
